Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience for Industrial Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Commercial Sales Engineering roles.
• 5+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 5+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 5+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers.
• 5+ years of competency/behavioral based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identify channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Design and implement sourcing strategy to build talent pools.
• Measure the effectiveness of the sourcing framework against outcomes.
• Develop a compelling employee value proposition for sourcing strategy.
• Source, secure and leverage relevant media and channels.
• Develop candidate relationship management strategies with passive candidates.
• Lead client sourcing framework including competitive intelligence and talent maps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to generate ideas and improve searches.
• Provide responsive customer service via phone and email; coach team members.
