Job summary

HNN Communities in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Full-Time Operations Support Specialist to maintain SOPs, LMS content, and controlled documents across the portfolio. The role reports to the President and collaborates with Compliance and T&D leadership in a hybrid in-office schedule, with occasional site visits to Puget Sound properties.

Qualifications

• Current or prior multifamily property management experience required.
• Experience with LMS administration, SOP/document management, or similar systems administration required.
• Experience using property management platforms such as Yardi, RentCafe, or similar systems preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
• Office presence required at least three days per week and travel to HNN sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• SOP Development & Rollout Support: draft, format, publish, and maintain SOPs.
• Compliance / Document Management: reintegration and site signage/document audits.
• LMS Administration: manage course assignments, paths, and records; audit-ready documentation.
• Forms & Document Management: maintain and update forms and templates across sites.
• Site Team Support & Troubleshooting: triage issues; escalate when needed; provide patient support.
• Process & SOP Effectiveness Analysis: analyze data and recommend SOP/content changes.
