Job summary

HNN Communities seeks a Full‑Time Operations Support Specialist in Bellevue, WA to manage SOP, LMS, and documentation across the portfolio. The role ensures audit‑ready records and smooth rollout of processes company‑wide.

The specialist partners with Compliance and Training & Development, triages site issues, and analyzes recurring problems to drive targeted improvements. Occasional site visits are required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of multifamily property management operations sufficient to understand site teams' day‑to‑day workflows.
• Experience with LMS platforms ( Aspire ), SOP/document management platforms, and property management systems such as Yardi or RentCafe.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency; audit‑ready record keeping.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple requests from different departments.

Responsibilities

• Own SOP, LMS, and documentation infrastructure for the portfolio.
• Be the first point of contact for LMS/SOP issues at sites; triage and resolve when possible.
• Analyze data trends to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support SOP development, rollout, and archiving of documents and forms.
• Assist with site visits to audit signage, procedures, and compliance.
