Job summary

Sound Transit is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to support and optimize its HRIS, LMS, and CMS platforms. You will manage Cornerstone OnDemand and UKG, ensure data integrity, and partner with IT to deploy new features across the organization.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least four years in LMS/HRIS administration, with a preference for Cornerstone OnDemand and UKG experience. Hybrid work in Seattle, WA is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, MIS, or similar field.
• Four years of experience as an LMS administrator, HRIS system administrator, or similar position.
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand and UKG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers LMS, CMS, and HRIS in collaboration with IT.
• Establishes best practices for system administration and policies.
• Troubleshoots HR Systems issues and acts as escalation point for vendors.
