Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking a Learning Coordinator to manage the Learning Management System, training records, and onboarding programs in Bellevue, WA. The role supports both live and e-learning formats and partners with QA and regulatory teams to ensure continuing compliance.

The position requires 2+ years in learning and development or related administration, plus experience with LMS platforms. It offers full-time hours at an on-site Bellevue location and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in learning and development or administrative support.
• Experience with LMS administration and training records management.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit readiness in training programs.

Responsibilities

• LMS administrator and super user; manage user profiles, audits, and reports.
• Create courses and curricula in LifeLearn to meet needs and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, NEO sessions, and external vendor training logistics.
• Maintain and review training records, licenses, and CEUs.
• Provide LMS support to learners and leaders and back up new-employee training.
