Job summary

Par Health in Hazelwood, MO, is seeking a Senior Specialist, Learning Management Systems to lead LMS administration and training governance across sites. You will partner with Quality, IT, HR and business stakeholders to ensure compliant training records and harmonized systems.

The role requires strong analytical skills, testing, vendor coordination, and mentoring of junior staff. This hybrid position may involve occasional travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Quality, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years supporting global or multi-site GxP training programs and processes.
• Minimum 6 years with advanced administration of ComplianceWire.
• Experience with validation principles and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and SME for LMS and related learning technologies across corporate and multiple sites.
• Administer training content and align assignments with compliance requirements.
• Provide advanced user support and troubleshooting for learning systems.
• Lead LMS configuration, vendor relationships, security roles, data architecture, and system lifecycle.
• Drive improvements by analyzing metrics, audits, and stakeholder feedback to standardize workflows.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits through training records preparation.
• Lead or support system enhancement, harmonization, migration, and improvement initiatives.
• Design and execute UAT, system testing, and validation activities.
• Mentor LMS Administrators and develop system documentation.
