KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for its SONIC Drive-In in Frankfort, KY. You will partner with the Managing Partner to lead daily operations, drive training, scheduling, and team performance while upholding SONIC standards.

This role offers leadership development toward Managing Partner, a restaurant performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, shift meal discounts, and paid training as part of a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
