SONIC Drive-In, in partnership with KBP Drive-In, seeks an Assistant General Manager in Clemmons, NC. You will work with the Managing Partner to lead the team, uphold SONIC standards, and drive guest satisfaction while preparing for future Managing Partner and above-store opportunities.

You will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and safety, handle cash and expenses, and contribute to growth initiatives while protecting the SONIC brand.

Performance bonus:

Eligible for a restaurant performance bonus.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
