KBP Drive-In, part of KBP Brands, is hiring an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner in driving restaurant performance, training teams, and delivering a fast, friendly guest experience. This role prepares you for future Managing Partner and above-store opportunities within a growing restaurant group.

Responsibilities include operations oversight, inventory and food safety, cash handling, and expense control, with a path to leadership growth and a bonus opportunity tied

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, and safely using restaurant equipment.

What You Bring
