Job summary

SONIC Drive-In (with KBP Drive-In) seeks an Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner to lead the team, drive performance, and deliver the fast, friendly experience guests expect. This role prepares for future Managing Partner and above-store opportunities.

You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, and support financial performance, with a pathway to leadership and growth within the KBP Drive-In family.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing P&L or profit & loss responsibilities.
• Retail or quick-service leadership experience preferred.
• 18+ years old and available to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Performance bonus:

Eligible for a restaurant performance bonus.

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
