Job Description

As a Solution Sales at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization by leading the sales of our innovative solutions. You will be the primary liaison to customers during the deployment phases of a project, ensuring all services are deployed following the Professional Services Methodology. You will manage each customer account through the full lifecycle to meet project milestones, interact with various customer representatives, generate and deliver estimates, implement proof of concepts and/or production systems, provide necessary training, generate and maintain project documents, conduct post-implementation site audits, and provide complex technical support and product assistance.

You will report to the Sr. Sales Manager and work remotely. The territory covers mostly the western half of the US, with occasional travel to other regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.
  • Design tailored solutions for end-users.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to elicit detailed functional requirements.
  • Develop value propositions.
  • Support core Regional Sales Managers.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel up to 75%.

Salary Range

The annual base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000, depending on location and experience. This role is incentive plan eligible.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of solution selling and/or design experience with fire detection systems.
  • Significant experience with Honeywell branded fire alarm devices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Gamewell-FCI and/or Notifier Fire Alarm Panels.
  • Technical expertise, networking knowledge, training delivery experience, programming, database management, and trend analysis skills.
