Job description

As a Solution Sales at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's success by leading the sales of innovative solutions. You will serve as the primary liaison to customers during project deployment, ensuring all services follow the Professional Services Methodology. Managing each customer account through the full lifecycle to meet project milestones, you will interact with various customer representatives, generate and deliver estimates, implement proof of concepts and production systems, and provide necessary training. Additionally, you will maintain all project documentation and conduct post-implementation site audits. You will be responsible for complex technical support and product assistance.

Reporting and Work Environment

You will report to the Sr. Sales Manager and work remotely. The role covers mostly the western US, with occasional travel to other regions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on location and experience. The role is incentive plan eligible, and the application period is approximately 40 days.

Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of solution selling and/or design experience with fire detection systems
  • Significant experience with Honeywell branded fire alarm devices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Gamewell-FCI and Notifier Fire Alarm Panels
  • Technical expertise and knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
  • Successful track record in influencing project teams
  • Experience delivering training, programming, database management, and cross-platform environments
  • Ability to interpret trends through statistical analysis
