As a Solution Sales at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving our organization's success by leading the sales of innovative solutions. You will serve as the primary liaison to customers during project deployment, ensuring all services follow the Professional Services Methodology. Managing each customer account through its full lifecycle to meet project milestones, you will interact with various customer representatives, generate and deliver estimates, implement proof of concepts and/or production systems, and provide necessary training. Additionally, you will generate and maintain project documents and conduct post-implementation site audits, providing complex technical support and product assistance.
This role reports to the Sr Sales Manager and is remote, covering mostly the western US, with occasional travel to other regions.
You will be instrumental in engaging early-stage customers, understanding complex business challenges, and designing tailored solutions. Collaboration with sales, engineering, and product teams to articulate value propositions will be key to laying the groundwork for successful sales.

The annual base salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 depending on location, experience, and other factors. The role is incentive plan eligible. The application period is approximately 40 days from posting, subject to change.
