Job description

Job Title: Healthcare Vertical Account Executive - Honeywell Building Solutions

As a Healthcare Vertical Account Executive for the Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with both new and assigned service customers in the Healthcare market. Your goal will be to lead and manage all aspects of customer engagements to maintain existing relationships and grow Honeywell’s presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strong Sales Management Operating System (MOS):
  2. Develop and implement strategic Healthcare Vertical Territory Management Plans and individual Account / Opportunity Plans.
  3. Apply a consultative selling framework to improve customer conversion rates.
Quota Achievement:
  1. Identify and target new migration and share of wallet opportunities with existing customers and negotiate deals to close new business.
  2. Demonstrate a strategic approach to new and existing customers and opportunities through opportunity planning.
Team Player:
  • Act as a “quarterback” to enhance rapport with customers through facilitating deep and wide personal/professional relationships throughout the sales cycle and cross-functionally within both organizations.
  • Be a customer advocate within Honeywell and a Honeywell advocate with your customer.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $72,600 - $109,000. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B sales or account management role in Technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management in Building Technology Solutions (BMS, Security, or Fire Alarms).
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce or similar systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in applying a consultative selling framework.
  • Track record of exceeding quota goals.
  • Experience selling recurring maintenance, Cyber Security, or predictive analytics SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience selling into the Healthcare marketplace.
  • Ability to influence at various organizational levels.
  • Engagement in industry-specific organizations.
  • Self-starter and autonomous worker.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or Business Administration.
