Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a product marketer to own the go-to-market for Business Applications & Databases across global enterprise accounts. You will translate complex data infrastructure capabilities into a compelling market story and practical sales tools, collaborating with product, sales, partners, and marketing to sharpen differentiation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in product marketing, solutions marketing, product management, or enterprise B2B technology marketing.
• Experience owning or supporting go-to-market strategy and execution.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical capability into clear positioning, messaging, and content.
• Experience building solution-oriented assets: web pages, data sheets, sales presentations, and enablement materials.
• Experience supporting sales enablement, partner marketing, or field-readiness programs.
• Experience in a global enterprise technology environment with multi-stakeholder processes.
• Strong analytical skills to read markets and build evidence-backed positions.
• Strong writing and editing with proof behind claims.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Domain go-to-market strategy and execution for Business Applications & Databases: positioning, messaging, target audiences, buyer needs, and the solution narrative.
• Translate strategy and capabilities into differentiated, outcome-led stories for buyers, sellers, and partners.
• Create customer-facing assets such as solution pages, data sheets, and sales presentations.
• Enable sales and partners with assets and readiness along the buyer journey.
• Coordinate cross-domain execution across Data & Cyber Resilience and Virtualization & Cloud.
• Collaborate with product, sales, technical, partner, and marketing teams on messaging, content, and campaigns.
• Gather customer, market, competitive, and analyst input to sharpen differentiation.
• Deliver multiple outputs with high quality and timely execution.
