Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks a Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Leader to own and grow the portfolio strategy, market insights, benchmarking, consulting, and analytics for Portfolio Advisory clients. This builder role recruits, develops, and leads a team of strategists and analysts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients on complex portfolio decisions.

The role requires leading discovery sessions, presenting to executives, and collaborating with JLL Technologies to leverage data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and developing teams.
• Proven track record developing and implementing portfolio strategies for clients with complex, multi-location portfolios.
• Deep understanding of corporate real estate concepts including location strategy, portfolio optimization, workplace strategy.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing financial models, scenario analyses, and data-driven recommendations, and comfortable directing or contributing to analyses personally.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Experience creating executive-level deliverables including strategic plans, business cases, and board presentations.
• Experience leading or significantly contributing to new business pitches and capability presentations to prospective clients.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting RFP responses and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing portfolio strategy & analytics team.
• Set strategic direction, standards, and delivery methodologies for analytics & consulting.
• Oversee client-facing engagements, including executive-ready analyses and presentations.
• Drive market insights, benchmarking, and analytics that inform client portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage data platforms to enhance capabilities.
