You will lead the development of tailored solutions across Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage, owning staffing models, pricing, and value propositions to win bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in real estate, facilities or related industry.
• Proven leadership track record in complex, high-energy roles.
• Strong background in operations, TM brokerage, or portfolio services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate development of winning solutions for Lease Administration, Consulting, Transaction Management and Brokerage.
• Own staffing models, detailed savings and improvement plans, and pricing structures.
• Perform financial analysis to demonstrate value propositions to clients.
• Collaborate with sales, SMEs and marketing to produce tailored client solutions.
• Ensure effective delivery of proposed service offerings across geographies.
