Job summary

Instrumentation and Controls, LLC (IAC) is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer in Chandler, AZ to grow existing customers and cultivate new ones, collaborating with account managers to meet monthly quotas at gross margin.

You will handle inquiries, process orders in NetSuite CRM/ERP, provide product and technical information, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction through add‑on sales and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in engineering strongly preferred; assoc. degree acceptable in technical/business.
• Minimum 2 years in similar role if no engineering degree; 1 year in progressive role (2 preferred).
• Product/applications experience required; knowledge of MS Office and distribution software.
• Wholesale distribution experience and knowledge of industrial/municipal markets a plus.
• Excellent customer service, time management, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing customers and develop new accounts with account managers.
• Cross-sell, up-sell, and add-on sales to meet monthly quotas and improve margins.
• Process orders, quotes, returns in NetSuite CRM/ERP and maintain records.
• Provide accurate product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Follow up on quotations and ensure delivery and customer satisfaction.
