Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to bridge technical solutions and client needs, acting as a trusted advisor across the customer journey. You will understand the Omnissa portfolio and clearly articulate its value to both executives and practitioners.

You will develop deep customer insights, guide IT leaders through digital transformation, deliver compelling demos, respond to RFPs, and partner with Sales to close opportunities while maintaining a one-team approach.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering or customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows/macOS/Linux/ChromeOS desktop management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Understand customer technical environments and align with Omnissa solutions.
• Guide CIOs/CTOs through digital transformation journeys.
• Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales on account planning and opportunity progression with technical closure.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present technology vision to audiences from executives to practitioners.
• Drive meetings with strong communication to influence decisions.
