Checkout.com is seeking a Manager, Solutions Engineering (Sales) to support strategic merchants across the sales, solutioning, integration, and go-live cycle. This role blends technical depth with commercial insight, focusing on top accounts in the US and guiding go-live and integration with Checkout.com APIs and payment methods.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to remove blockers, deliver demos, and drive opportunities from discovery to deployment, while ensuring

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering or similar.
• Background supporting complex B2B tech, SaaS, fintech, or payments clients.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into technical, scalable solutions.
• Proven track record in technical discovery, demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical engagements with top opportunities and shape engagement plans.
• Drive discovery, solution design, demos, and PoCs for merchant stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into Checkout.com API-based solutions.
• Advise on payment flows, fraud prevention, tokenization, and 3DS.
• Support security reviews, architecture discussions, and evaluations.
• Own technical progress from discovery to go-live across teams.
• Capture feedback to improve product priorities and assets.
• Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
