• Significant experience in Solutions Engineering or related lead role.
• Experience with enterprise or strategic accounts in payments/fintech.
• Deep understanding of payments architecture and API integrations.
• Ability to lead complex technical sales from discovery to go-live.
• Executive presence and credibility with C-level stakeholders.
• Strong ability to connect technical recommendations to business value.
