Job summary

At Atlassian, a Washington, DC-based technical solutions role seeks a professional to lead technical evaluations, POCs, and pilots with potential customers. You will partner with Account Executives to demonstrate platform value and guide discovery sessions to understand client needs.

You will design tailored integrations for client workflows, translate complex technical concepts into business value, and relay feedback to Product and Engineering to shape our roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience with Ruby/Rails and APIs.
• Proficient with Git and GitHub CLI for source control and collaboration.
• Solid SQL knowledge and data handling.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Evaluations: work with Account Executives to drive all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including POCs and pilots.
• Discovery and Strategy: run technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and goals.
• Consultative Questioning: ask detailed questions about engineering processes and deployment workflows.
• Solution Design: design and propose tailored technical solutions integrating Atlassian APIs with client workflows.
• Trusted Advisory: provide guidance on deployment methodologies and analytics integrations.
• Feedback Loop: synthesize client feedback and inform product roadmap priorities.
