Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer in New York City to help security teams design and deploy telemetry architectures that scale for the AI era. You will lead discovery, map requirements to technical solutions, and demonstrate value through real-world implementations.

You will work with security practitioners, craft architected designs, and drive the sales process from discovery through POC with disciplined CRM hygiene.

Qualifications

• Senior-level sales engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• Experience with data telemetry pipelines and security analytics workflows.
• Experience running POVs/POCs in cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate requirements into well-architected designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to assess a customer's environment and success criteria.
• Design customer-specific solutions combining platform components to fit real architectures.
• Own POV and POC execution end-to-end tied to success criteria.
• Build credibility with security practitioners in conversations about workflow, not just data pipelines.
• Handle most technical questions, engaging specialists for edge cases and complex evaluations.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager on account strategy and win plans.
• Develop technical champions and expand relationships beyond the first champion.
• Run the technical sales process with CRM hygiene and MEDDPICC alignment.
• Travel up to 30% and adapt to across time zones.
