Cribl, the AI telemetry platform, is hiring a senior software engineer to shape the future of search and analytics of observability data. You'll work with the founding team and top engineers to integrate cutting-edge Generative AI features into Cribl products, solving real customer problems and delivering surfaces that delight users.

This role requires deep full‑stack expertise across React UIs and backend services, strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, and experience with AI agents and MCPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building AI features end to end in production.
• Fullstack experience with React-based UIs and backend services.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript and backend languages.
• Experience building AI agent-driven product experiences.
• Experience with MCPs and orchestration.
• Machine learning experience in production.
• Familiarity with data and infrastructure patterns for AI systems.
• Strong problem-solving and independent work.
• Excellent communication in remote environments.

Responsibilities

• Productionize, launch, and operate AI-based technology integrations into Cribl’s core products.
• Partner with product & design leaders to prototype and experiment with new AI features.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends.
• This position will require stand-by, on-call, or off-hours duties.
