Next Level Solutions is seeking a Policy Tech Lead to guide Duck Creek implementations, architect technical designs, and mentor developers. You’ll work directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable Duck Creek solutions.

Qualifications

6–10 years of industry experience with Duck Creek
5+ years with Duck Creek products
Hands-on ManuScript configuration and inheritance structures
Strong SQL Server experience and data skills
Excellent client-facing and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

Lead technical design and architecture of Duck Creek solutions
Mentor and guide development team members
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into solutions
Drive approvals across requirements, architecture, and delivery timelines
Support project planning and ensure alignment with client strategy
Own customer issues through resolution and prevent recurrence
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
