Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer in Clearwater, Florida. In this role, you will own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio, delivering tailored demos and leading discovery sessions with clients. You will also develop proposals and technical documentation while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, with 1-2 years in technical pre-sales experience. This position offers competitive compensation and promotes a flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Own deep expertise in TeamViewer’s IT and DEX portfolio
• Deliver tailored demos, workshops, and webinars aligned to customer needs
• Communicate technical and business value to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Lead discovery to understand customer challenges and objectives
• Design and present customized solutions leveraging TeamViewer capabilities
• Develop proposals, SOWs, and technical documentation
• Lead POV/POC and pilot engagements, providing hands‑on guidance
• Analyze results and deliver actionable recommendations
• Partner with Sales throughout the sales cycle, including RFx responses
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute feedback to product innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or enterprise IT consulting
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (endpoint management, remote connectivity, DEX)
• Experience with SaaS tools (RMM, ITSM, Asset Management, Observability)
• Hands‑on experience with APIs, scripting, cloud, virtualization, and security
• Proven ability to engage C‑level stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business value
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel up to 30%
