Job summary

Clustag | RFID Solutions is seeking a Solutions Engineer to connect with customers and implement RFID technology solutions. You'll work with operations teams, conduct site surveys, and manage technical documentation for deployments.

The ideal candidate has 2-6 years in a client-facing technical role, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of warehouse operations. This is an exciting opportunity with partial medical coverage and a path for growth in a leading RFID solutions firm.

Qualifications

• 2 to 6 years of experience in a client-facing technical role.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in a solutions engineering role for industrial automation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess customer operations.
• Work on complex solution designs with the Solutions Architect.
• Deliver product demonstrations and proposals translating tech into value.
• Build relationships with warehouse managers and operations leaders.
• Guide the commercial cycle including discovery, demo, and proposal.
• Travel across North America approximately 25% of the time.
