Job summary

Amazon’s RFID team seeks an RFID Store Design/Operations Engineer to lead end-to-end RFID deployments for JWO customers, coordinating with product, engineering and operations across in-store and back-of-house environments.

You will translate customer needs into scalable RFID solutions, drive launch readiness, and share program updates with leadership. 25% travel expected in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM required or higher.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
  • Experience working directly with customers and delivering products/solutions with quantitative impact.
  • Experience building launch readiness frameworks, standard work, playbooks, and scalable deployment mechanisms across multiple concurrent sites.
  • Experience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business/operational needs and challenges of JWO’s RFID customers.
  • Stay current on the features and benefits of JWO’s RFID products and tools.
  • Provide RFID customers the right in-store and back-of-house RFID solution the first time, proven with data.
  • Adhere to store configuration and launch process, with sales and implementation teams.
  • Identify gaps in JWO’s RFID product offering and escalate to product team.
  • Present learnings and roadmaps to senior leadership.
