Job summary

Sonio is seeking a Solution Engineer to turn signed contracts into live deployments. You will connect hospitals and clinics to our AI-powered prenatal platform, enabling scalable onboarding and rapid impact.

In this role you will design secure VPN tunnels, migrate medical imaging data, and execute client go-lives while ensuring platform stability and smooth EHR integrations. 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Deep familiarity with medical data standards (HL7, DICOM) and SQL (mandatory).
• Python is nice to have.
• Networking and cloud knowledge (VPN, cloud infra) are important.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration of new clients from technical discovery to go-live.
• Connect clients securely: architect VPN tunnels and design custom SSO for enterprise clients.
• Migrate high-volume medical imaging data to Sonio cloud and manage live client cutovers (e.g., EHR).
• Maintain platform reliability: L3 support and monitoring with Datadog; data repairs via SQL and APIs; automate EHR workflows.
