Job summary

Sonio, a US-based prenatal care AI company, seeks a Solution Engineer to link hospitals and clinics to our platform, turning contracts into live deployments on the East Coast, including Boston.

You'll own client integrations, design secure VPN tunnels, implement SSO, migrate medical imaging data, and support live clients while scaling our SaaS platform. Strong communication with non-technical teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with medical data standards (HL7, DICOM) and SQL.
• Networking and cloud knowledge; VPN and AWS familiarity.
• Strong customer-facing skills to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
• Experience in start-ups or scale-ups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration of new clients from discovery to go-live.
• Connect clients securely: architect VPN tunnels and design SSO for enterprise clients.
• Migrate high-volume medical imaging data to the Sonio cloud and manage live cutovers (e.g., EHR transitions).
• Keep the platform running: L3 support, monitoring with Datadog, data repairs via SQL and APIs.
