We are seeking a Forward Deployed Engineering / Solutions Engineering professional who can join client calls, design integration solutions, explain APIs and exports, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, technical consulting, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proficient in SQL with complex queries for validation, transformation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in APIs, data integration, and technical solution design.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on with JSON, CSV, XML and relational databases.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, data pipelines, and customer success platforms.
• Detail-oriented and analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-focused communication and active listening.
• Proactive in identifying product improvements, automation, or enhanced outcomes.
• Experience with healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance (SOC2, CMS), payer/provider data, or interoperability standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join client calls to understand unique customer workflows and business requirements.
• Ideate and architect solutions for implementing Candor's healthcare data into client systems.
• Serve as the technical expert explaining our API, flat file exports, and UI capabilities to customers.
• Maintain and update the comprehensive data dictionary and documentation.
• Set up and configure custom data exports tailored to individual client needs.
• Implement last-mile technical solutions to ensure seamless data integration for clients.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, coordinating across internal engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical requirements.
• Provide technical consultation during the sales process and post-implementation support.
• Stay up-to-date on healthcare data standards and client integration best practices.
• Create clear technical documentation, integration guides, and solution proposals for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
