Job summary

Etiometry is a leading provider of predictive analytics for ICUs. We are hiring a Sr. Solution Engineer to own end-to-end deployments, engineer HL7 and API integrations, validate against live patient data, and maintain fleet health.

You will work at the intersection of software, clinical data, and hospital IT, traveling occasionally to sites. The role offers a 95% remote work model with standard local business hours and some off-hours support for global time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field.
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and command-line tools.
• Understanding of web app architecture, servers, SQL, and APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent site deployments with timelines.
• Strong communication with hospital IT, clinical staff, and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of the Etiometry platform at new hospital sites and expansions.
• Design, build, and test HL7 and API integrations with EMRs and monitors.
• Conduct site checks to verify data streams and visualizations against live data.
• Plan and execute platform updates across deployed fleet and monitor health.
• Serve as Tier 2 escalation for deployed sites and diagnose issues.
