Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Advanced Healthcare Implementation Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable healthcare integrations. You will collaborate with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to translate requirements into practical deployment plans and ensure go-live readiness.

You will drive technical discovery, configuration, validation, and ongoing improvement across healthcare interoperability projects in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience AND 5+ years implementing healthcare technology solutions.
• Experience implementing enterprise software solutions in healthcare environments.
• Experience working with customer IT teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards ( HL7 v2.x, FHIR, APIs) and data exchange workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across applications, integrations, and infrastructure components.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable integrations between Solventum solutions and customer healthcare systems.
• Work directly with customer IT teams, EMR vendors, and third-party providers to define, configure, validate, and troubleshoot interfaces using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and other interoperability standards.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments, infrastructure, workflows, and integration requirements.
• Translate business and technical needs into practical implementation approaches aligned with product capabilities.
• Configure Solventum solutions to meet customer-specific operational and clinical requirements while balancing expectations and maintainability.
• Lead validation activities to ensure configurations and integrations perform as intended; support testing and go-live readiness.
• Escalate and diagnose technical issues; collaborate with support, engineering, product management for continuous improvement.
