Job summary

Tennr in New York, NY, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to lead architecture, delivery, and optimization of automation for our largest health-system customers. You’ll own end-to-end implementations from discovery to go-live, partnering with Product, Engineering and Sales to shape scalable solutions.

Required: 4+ years in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design, strong APIs, systems integration, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to executives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design.
• Strong understanding of APIs and systems integration.
• Ability to align cross-functional stakeholders across large organizations.
• Experience communicating complex concepts to executive and technical audiences.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations from discovery to post-go-live.
• Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change.
• Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities.
• Design scalable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs.
• Reimagine processes with automation best practices.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope.
• Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools.
• Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap.
