ElevenLabs in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across Financial Services, including banks, credit unions, insurers, lenders, and wealth managers. You will engage at scale, partnering with a strategic customer base to deliver AI voice technology solutions and high-impact use cases.

The ideal candidate learns fast, closes from warm introductions, and serves as a trusted advisor on generative AI and voice technology.

Qualifications

7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales experience.
Experience with AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms.
Proven ability to manage a diverse enterprise sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

Win net-new logos and drive deal volume for ElevenAgents.
Balance a diverse pipeline of large financial institutions with faster regional clients.
Partner with the Enterprise Sales Lead to turn warm introductions into opportunities and closed deals.
Identify where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency in customer-facing workflows.
Stay current on the conversational AI landscape, including competitors and governance trends.
Develop and execute account strategies across the buying group to land high-impact use cases.
Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to scope use cases and support deployments.
Coordinate with Legal teams to drive fast-moving negotiations.
