Qualifications

• 3–10 years in full-stack, AI, or solutions engineering.
• Experience building AI features in real applications.
• Hands-on with LLMs or AI SDKs in web apps.
• Proven ownership and grit in shipping problems.
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-moving environment and on-site collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy AI solutions with customers.
• Prototype fast, push to production, refine with feedback.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment.
• Drive adoption and train teams to embed automation.
• Be the face of Bland and build real client relationships on-site.
