Job summary

Simple AI in San Francisco is seeking its first Sales Engineer to bridge product and prospects. You will run technical demos, build proofs of concept, and guide enterprise buyers through evaluation cycles.

Collaborate with Account Executives, address integrations, security, and architecture questions, and translate complex voice AI capabilities into clear business value. Office in SF; competitive salary, equity, and benefits.

Qualifications

2–5 years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or pre-sales at a B2B SaaS company.
Strong API, integrations, telephony, and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
Excellent demo and presentation skills.
Ability to translate complex tech into business value.
Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives on deals, owning the technical side of the sales process.
Create custom demos that showcase Simple's capabilities for specific use cases.
Build and deliver proofs-of-concept and technical evaluations for prospective customers.
Handle technical objections and deep-dive into integrations, security, compliance, and architecture.
Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights to engineering.
Develop technical sales collateral, solution briefs, and reference architectures.
Support RFP/RFI responses with accurate technical information.
