Job summary

AtomMatrix is seeking a solutions engineer to bridge sales and engineering. You’ll work with account executives to scope use cases, design integrations across messaging, voice, email, verification, and AI agents, and build proofs of concept that demonstrate real value.

You’ll travel occasionally to customer sites, communicate trade-offs to architects, and hand off deployment plans after the deal.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in solutions/sales engineering, developer relations, or hands-on engineering with customer exposure.
• Clear communicator capable of switching between technical depth and business value.
• Willing to travel occasionally to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales on technical discovery — understand the customer’s stack, volumes, channels, and constraints.
• Design integrations across messaging, voice, email, verification, and AI agents, and build proofs of concept that show them working.
• Write sample code and reference integrations against our APIs, and answer hard technical questions.
• Scope migrations from a customer’s current provider, including deliverability, number porting, and cutover.
• Be the technical voice in the room and carry product feedback back to engineering and product.
