Job summary

Harmony seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementation and onboarding, from evaluation through post-sale deployment. You will demonstrate product value in real customer environments, not slides, and influence deal outcomes.

You will work hands-on with integrations, APIs, and architecture, collaborating with Account Executives to shape scope and remove blockers, delivering ROI quickly for customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, software engineering, technical consulting, or a similar hands-on technical role (preferably with GTM exposure).
• Strong technical depth: APIs, cloud infrastructure, networking, scripting, and debugging complex systems.
• Proficiency in AI-assisted engineering workflows using tools like Claude Code, Codex, and similar LLM-based agents.
• Experience working alongside Sales as part of the deal cycle and in fast-moving environments.
• Experience running implementations across multiple customers simultaneously.
• Self-directed problem solver who thrives in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical implementation end-to-end - configuring, integrating, and deploying the product in customer environments during both evaluation and post-sale phases.
• Be a key driver of deal outcomes: implementation work during evaluations and POCs helps convert prospects.
• Partner with Account Executives to shape deal strategy and remove blockers.
• Run onboarding for new customers: architect environments, build integrations, accelerate time-to-value.
• Develop repeatable implementation playbooks, scripts, and tooling for faster GTM motion.
• Diagnose and resolve complex challenges during implementation across APIs, infrastructure, and code.
