Job summary

Asana is searching for a Solutions Engineer based in New York to help drive customer acquisition and accelerate revenue growth through product development engagement. You will collaborate with engineering leaders and product teams to translate customer feedback into solution designs.

This position includes responsibilities like leading technical validations and discovery sessions while working closely with Account Executives and existing Solutions Engineers to support expansion opportunities. A hybrid schedule allows for flexibility with some days in the office.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and product development team personas.
• 3+ years of experience in similar customer-facing technical roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executive to lead technical validation.
• Translate customer pain points into solution designs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.

Skills
