Decisive Point is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical validation for customer engineering opportunities. You will collaborate with product development teams and Account Executives, while also helping shape Asana product positioning based on customer insights.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in technical roles, strong discovery skills, and an understanding of engineering workflows. You will work primarily from our New York City office with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Engineering and product development team personas.
• Proficiency in designing and delivering product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation for Engineering opportunities with Account Executives.
• Translate customer pain points into practical solution designs.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions and tailored product demonstrations.
