Asana is seeking a trusted advisor in the AMER Solutions Org to accelerate revenue growth through mastery of strategic sales and Asana platform expertise. You will partner with an Account Executive to build technical plays for Asana Service Management across IT and service teams.

Remote or in-office in New York City, San Francisco, or Chicago; you will translate pain points into practical designs, deliver product demonstrations, and shape the product roadmap with feedback to leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong background in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Proven discovery and technical validation skills to uncover workflows and decision criteria.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical validation for IT/service opportunities.
• Translate customer pain points into practical designs and business value narratives.
• Advise on solution architecture, integrations, and deployment approaches.
