Job summary

BackOps is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers from discovery through go-live. You will lead technical demos, scope and execute POCs, and translate business problems into deployable architecture.

You’ll author SOWs, coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineering, and drive first measurable value with the customer. This full‑lifecycle role requires strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and exceptional communication with engineering, IT, and executive

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in a technical pre- or post-sales role (Solutions Engineer, SE, or similar).
• Ability to translate business problems into deployable architecture.
• Experience leading technical demos and POCs with real data.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship from discovery to go-live.
• Lead demos and POCs; scope and execute the POC with real data.
• Translate customer requirements into architecture and implementation plans.
• Author SOWs, deliverables, and risk assessments.
• Configure, deploy, and drive time-to-value for customers.
• Manage cross-functional teams and timelines (FDE involvement as needed).
• Communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
