Job summary

Choco seeks a Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver API-driven integrations for mid-market customers using low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Tray.ai. You will own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with multiple teams to capture customer requirements, document designs, and scale delivery globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solutions engineering or systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field.
• Experience with low-code/automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, and Tray.ai.
• Experience delivering API integrations across multiple customer environments, from discovery and design through launch and ongoing support.
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g. JavaScript or Python).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to make complex ideas clear and simple.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver integrations between Choco and customer systems using low-code tools.
• Own integration projects end-to-end from discovery to go-live and ongoing improvement.
• Lead technical discovery, proofs of concept, and integration scoping with Account Executives in pre-sales.
• Troubleshoot and maintain integrations to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document integration designs for clean handoffs to Customer Success.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams, sharing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
• Scale integration delivery globally.
