Prompt.io Inc. seeks a Solutions Engineer to own the solutions repository, build integrations, and craft internal tooling. You’ll scope and ship features, frequently collaborating with customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams.

You’ll work with Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, and Supabase, managing an integration-focused workflow and driving initiatives from conception through to production.

Competenze

• U.S. or Canada based; no international applicants.
• Proficient with Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres, and worked with Git on a team with branches, PRs, reviews, and release schedules.
• 3–5+ years of experience in a similar role; Supabase experience helps.
• Junior candidates are fine if fundamentals are there.
• Experience connecting systems: Webhooks, REST APIs, large CSVs, cron jobs, authentication between services.
• Fluent with Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor (or similar), capable of managing multiple agents simultaneously.

• Intake: meet with customers to determine needs and translate into software.
• Triage: decide what to build and who builds it; determine core platform impacts.
• Experiment, research, and invent: turn solutions into potential platform features.
• Advise: help customers and vendors build on Prompt.io; be the technical contact.
• Maintain the repo and developer surface; manage MCP server changes.
• Take initiative to improve processes and port useful scripts to the Solutions environment.
