Job summary

Checkr is seeking a Staff Solutions Architect to lead architecture across the customer lifecycle—from pre-sales to go-live and optimization. You will shape integration patterns with RESTful APIs and webhooks, mentor team members, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

8+ years in technical consulting, professional services, solutions engineering, or similar roles.
Deep expertise with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integration architectures.
Experience integrating HR tech platforms with third-party APIs.
Ability to lead technical strategy and communicate with executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution design during pre-sales for strategic customers.
Design end-to-end architectures and integration patterns for complex workflows.
Oversee enterprise deployments from design through go-live and optimization.
Drive technical optimization engagements to increase platform adoption and use cases.
Serve as escalation point for complex integration challenges within the SA team.
Mentor Solutions Architects and define standards and collateral.
