Job summary

StackAI is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with account executives and customers, showcasing the value of our no-code AI workflow platform. You will lead technical discovery, architecture, and hands-on demonstrations to accelerate adoption and convert opportunities into strategic wins.

Qualifications

2+ years experience in a Solutions Engineer or similar technical customer-facing role in SaaS/enterprise tech.
Hands-on fluency with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and their practical enterprise use.
Ability to architect custom technical solutions or wire APIs, prompts, and platform logic to address client pain points.

Responsibilities

Partner with Account Executives to execute account strategies that expand ARR.
Own pre-sales technical activities: discovery, solution architecture, live demos, and proof-of-concept builds.
Identify high-value enterprise use cases and design workflows to position StackAI as a strategic layer for the enterprise.
Create repeatable plays and demo assets to scale the field engineering organization.
Translate technical AI capabilities into business value for C-suite sponsors and IT/security stakeholders.
Run bootcamps and workshops to deepen adoption and understanding.
Lead responses to RFPs and security assessments with clear differentiation of StackAI's architecture.
Develop reusable workflow templates for customer teams and feed insights to product roadmap.
