Qualifications

• Prior Solutions Engineer experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Genuine interest in code and solving hard technical problems.
• High ownership and proactive problem-solving.
• Deep product knowledge beyond demos.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical voice from discovery through close alongside account executives.
• Run demos that stand up to real scrutiny for enterprise prospects.
• Collaborate with TSEs and product when needed, mainly with AEs in commercial.
• Help shape how the Solutions Engineering function evolves at incident.io.
