Job summary

Legora is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical and strategic partner to our sales team, engineering team, and prospective clients. You will help customers understand how Legora’s AI-native solutions solve complex challenges, lead technical discovery, create demos, and support the end-to-end sales process.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication, and a passion for driving customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience delivering technical presentations and demos to technical and business decision-makers.
• Experience in technical delivery discussions and responding to client questions.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery discussions to understand customer pain points, use cases, and requirements.
• Collaborate with our Legal Engineers to create demos and proofs‑of‑concepts that illustrate how Legora’s solutions address challenges.
• Facilitate technical workshops and proof‑of‑value sessions.
• Respond to technical questions, security concerns, RFI/RFP responses, and feasibility discussions.
• Act as a trusted advisor and technical liaison throughout the sales cycle.
• Design and propose scalable technical solutions based on customer needs and Legora’s product capabilities.
• Translate complex requirements into architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to validate feasibility and influence roadmap priorities.
• Partner with Go‑to‑Market teams to shape deal and technical strategy early in the sales process.
• Support onboarding of technical sales content to improve sales efficiency.
• Work with Technical Delivery and Customer Success to ensure smooth pre‑to post‑sale transition.
