Job summary

Legora is seeking a client-focused specialist to blend legal ops, product insight, and client advisory. You will drive value from our AI-enabled platform, helping top legal teams maximize adoption and effectiveness.

You’ll partner with Customer Success, product, and engineering to translate user needs into actions, deliver engaging demos, and shape scalable practices worldwide. Denver office, in-person collaboration, and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Background in law with experience at a top-tier firm or in-house legal team.
Tech-curious and product-savvy; comfortable discussing AI and tech implementations.
Strong ability to communicate across lawyers and engineers.
Bring structure to ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
Proactive, self-directed with multiple client relationships.
Commitment to quality and improving processes with technology.

Responsibilities

Act as thought partner to clients—build trusted relationships and identify value.
Own client relationships from pilots to full-firm adoption across major clients.
Be the voice of the user inside Legora and inform product direction.
Deliver clear demos and training to showcase platform capabilities.
Document best practices and help shape scalable playbooks.
Navigate ROI and AI impact across practice areas with clients.
